A low viscosity cutting oil specially designed for operations which require a high degree of heat reduction and lubricity without the use of sulfur or chlorine. MetalWorking 3905 is a water white oil with no offensive odors. It is made from only the finest base oil stocks, has exceptional color stability and is less likely to cause dermatitis than comparable products. MetalWorking 3905 is a multi-purpose cutting oil best suited to the machining of nonferrous metals. A powerful blend of low viscosity base oils and special metal wetting agents allow 3905 to penetrate the work/tool interface in order to reduce heat and provide necessary lubrication. This product will promote the effective removal of material, extend tool life and provide better surface finishes over a wide variety of operations.
